Return Policy

At MIORA, we stand behind the architectural quality of our products and the "Visual Silence" of our curated collection. Because we specialize in luxury personal linens, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

1. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for any return or exchange, items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original, unopened packaging with all luxury tags intact.

  • Opened Items: For hygiene reasons, any item removed from its original protective seal or packaging is considered "used" and is strictly ineligible for return.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a request.

2. Compensation Options

We prioritize sustainable business practices and offer the following compensation for approved returns:

  • Standard Option (Store Credit): Approved returns will receive a Store Credit for 100% of the purchase price (minus original shipping costs). This credit never expires.

  • Discretionary Cash Refunds: Should you specifically request a refund to your original payment method, a 20% Restocking & Rehandling Fee will be deducted from the total to cover inspection and logistics processing.

  • The MIORA Credit Bonus: In certain cases, our team may offer a high-value discount code (e.g., 50% off) for a future order in lieu of a return, allowing you to keep the original product.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Separate Shipments: To ensure you receive your luxury essentials as quickly as possible, MIORA utilizes multiple fulfillment centers. Items in your order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number. MIORA is not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Defective Items

If you receive a demonstrably defective item, we will provide a replacement or full store credit at no cost to you. Please provide photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery to support@miora.us.

5. Final Sale

All items purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount code of 25% or higher are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@miora.us with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: Wait for our team to review your request. Do not send items back without a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Inspection: Once received at our US-based facility, our team will inspect the item. If it meets the "Unopened" criteria, your credit or refund will be processed within 10 business days.
