At MIORA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and are here to help if you are not happy with your order.
Our Return Policy at a Glance

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Item Condition: For hygiene reasons, items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us: To begin the return process, please email our support team at support@miora.us. Include your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged, please attach photos of the product and packaging.

Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and the correct shipping address. Please do not send items back without receiving authorization.

Ship Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Return Address
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with our US-based return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for one of these reasons, please email us at support@miora.us, and we will assist you.
Order Cancellations
Our fulfillment process begins quickly to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@miora.us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed by our system.
