What your guests notice (and never say).

Twelve people at the table on Nov 26. Every one of them will use the guest bath.

A worn hand towel by the sink during a dinner party
  • The towel smells.Damp, sour, a little like the gym bag. They notice the second they dry their hands.
  • Thin grey towels. The set from your first apartment, washed so many times the white went grey and the loops went flat.
  • One damp hand towel for 12 people.By dessert it’s soaked. By day two of the visit it smells.
  • The scratchy one in the guest room.Stiff from softener build-up, it pushes water around instead of drying them.
  • The fix: a fresh, matching towel for every guest. Nothing on it but cotton.

Questions

Before the guests arrive

Will it arrive before Thanksgiving?

Yes. Order by Thu, Nov 12, 2 PM ET. Orders go out in 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–7 business days.

Which set do I need?

Two guests: The Switch. Four to six: the Bath Suite. A full house: the Host & Home Set, with a free Vanity Set for spares.

Should I wash them before the guests come?

Wash once, no softener, and dry fully. They come out softer and ready.

Will guest towels still be fresh on day two?

Yes, because you rotate instead of reusing: one out, one drying, one in the wash. Fully dried cotton is what keeps them fresh.

What if they’re not right?

Send them back unused within 30 days for a full refund.
