“Cotton-rich” means a cotton blend
A towel can be called cotton-rich and still be part polyester. The care label is the only place that tells you. Ours lists one fiber: 100% cotton.
Polyester is plastic
Polyester is plastic (PET). MIORA towels contain no polyester, no nylon and no acrylic.
Polyester absorbs less water than cotton
Polyester absorbs less water than cotton. Every MIORA towel is 100% long-staple Aegean Turkish cotton.
Many towels are finished with softeners
Many towels are finished with softeners or easy-care finishes. Ours have no silicone or synthetic softeners and no synthetic coatings. They are pre-washed with water only.

Every MIORA towel starts as long-staple Aegean Turkish cotton: longer fibers, spun and woven into dense 780 GSM terry. We keep it 100% cotton, with no silicone softeners and no synthetic coatings, and pre-wash every towel with water only.
