Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Your order is important to us. We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Daily Cut-off: To ensure same-day processing, please place your order before [2:00 PM EST / 11:00 AM PST]. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within the following timeframes:

  • USA, Canada, UK: 5-7 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand: 6-8 business days

  • Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, UAE: 6-8 business days

  • Europe & Rest of the World: 6-8 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your doorstep. We partner with trusted carriers like DHL and FedEx to ensure your order is handled with care.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@miora.us with photos of both the product and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund right away.

  • Address Accuracy: To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. MIORA is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Lost Packages: If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@miora.us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
