Welcome to MIORA Creative OS, an internal marketing workflow platform operated by Miora LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your data.

2. Data Collection & API Access

  • Direct Collection: We collect account data (name, email), uploaded creative assets (images/videos), and internal workflow records (comments, briefs).

  • Meta Marketing APIs: We access Ad account IDs, performance metrics (ROAS, spend, clicks), and Page identifiers to facilitate ad management and reporting.

  • Shopify API: We access product catalog data (IDs, titles, images) to sync creative assets directly with products.

  • Usage Logs: We collect device info and IP addresses solely for security, authentication, and debugging.

3. Pinterest Data Usage & Protection

To ensure compliance with Pinterest’s Developer Guidelines, we maintain the following protections:

  • Data Storage & Persistence: MIORA Creative OS does not store any user information or content accessed through the Pinterest API (including board names, Pinner profiles, or follower data) on our servers. All Pinterest data is fetched in real-time and discarded immediately after the session ends.

  • Non-Transfer of Data: We do not share, sell, or transfer any data obtained from the Pinterest API to third-party advertising services, data brokers, or any other external entities.

  • Ad Data Usage: Any data accessed via Pinterest Advertising APIs is used exclusively for internal performance evaluation and is never combined with third-party data or used for external behavioral targeting.

  • Authenticity & Manual Control: Our application does not facilitate automated actions. All Pins, boards, destination URLs, and descriptions are manually selected, reviewed, and initiated by the authenticated user to ensure the authenticity of engagement.

  • User Control: Users can revoke MIORA Creative OS's access to their Pinterest account at any time through their Pinterest account settings.

4. Purpose of Processing

We process data to provide authentication via Supabase, facilitate creative workflows, sync ad performance for internal reporting, and utilize Google Gemini AI for creative copy suggestions.

5. Data Processors

We share data with the following trusted service providers:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication

  • Meta Platforms / Pinterest: Social media publishing and ad management

  • Shopify: Product catalog synchronization

  • Google Gemini: AI-assisted copywriting

  • Vercel: Application hosting

We do not sell your personal data.
